Silk or delicate velvet cannot take what a hard-wearing fabric accepts: the low-moisture method is reserved for fragile materials, and injection-extraction for fabrics that allow it. Blot a stain without rubbing and call us before acting.

Stain protection: protect after cleaning

Cleaning removes existing soiling. The stain-protection treatment then leaves an invisible layer that limits the absorption of liquids and makes everyday care easier. On a yacht, where textiles are exposed to guests, meals and changes in humidity, it is worth discussing when the quote is prepared.

Post-refit cleaning

At the end of works on board, the interior must be delivered spotless, ready to use and on schedule. The work includes complete dusting, interior glass, surfaces and finishing touches. It follows the method of our post-works cleaning, adapted to the constraints of a boat, and is quoted as a fixed price, as for a building site ashore.

What to prepare with the captain or the manager

• the areas concerned: saloon, cabins, lounges, stairs;
• the materials: types of fabric and carpet, if known;
• the stains or damage to treat, with a few photos if possible;
• the schedule: port call, end of refit, charter departure;
• access constraints on board: hours, permits, crew presence.

We then follow up by phone or with a visit on board when needed.
